1. Service Description

TVDL ("The Video Downloading Tools") provides iOS Shortcuts that enable users to download videos from supported platforms for personal, offline use. Our service includes both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers, each with different features and capabilities.

The shortcuts are distributed through this website and require Apple's Shortcuts app to function. By using TVDL, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities

When using TVDL, you agree to:

• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
• Not redistribute or share downloaded content without authorization
• Comply with the terms of service of the platforms from which you download videos
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing
• Keep your account credentials secure

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use TVDL to:

• Download copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit downloaded content
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., X/Twitter)
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the service beyond normal usage
• Circumvent any technical limitations or restrictions

4. Third-Party Platforms

TVDL interacts with third-party platforms (such as X/Twitter and others) to provide its downloading functionality. We are not affiliated with these platforms, and their terms of service apply to any content accessed through them.

We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific platform and reserve the right to add or remove platform support at any time. Changes to third-party platform APIs or terms may affect our service without prior notice.

5. Subscription Terms

TVDL Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time through the TVDL Pro Dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

The TVDL shortcuts, website, branding, and associated materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our products without explicit permission.

Content you download using TVDL remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. We do not claim any ownership of downloaded content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TVDL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all platforms or devices. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVDL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TVDL at our discretion, particularly if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ends immediately
• Active Pro subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period
• We may delete your account data after 30 days

You may terminate your account at any time by unsubscribing from our emails and discontinuing use of the shortcuts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of TVDL after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
